Payment Instructions
This Invoice must be settled within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue, as stipulated in the service agreement between Serengeti Vision Productions Ltd. and Tanzania Broadcasting Corporation. Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the following account:

Important Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice covers all Film Director services rendered for the "Mji wa Hadithi" documentary series as outlined in the signed Service Agreement dated 10 March 2025. No additional charges will be incurred beyond the scope defined in that agreement.
2. All intellectual property rights to the final edited footage, raw materials, and creative assets remain with Tanzania Broadcasting Corporation upon full and final payment of this Invoice. The Film Director retains the right to use selected stills and behind-the-scenes material for personal portfolio purposes only.
3. The Film Director, Amina Hassan Mwinyi, is a registered professional with the Tanzania Film Commission and holds a valid practice license for all activities conducted within Tanzania Dar es Salaam and its surrounding regions.
4. This Invoice has been prepared in compliance with the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) e-invoicing regulations effective from January 2025. A digital copy of this document has been submitted to the TRA portal under reference number TRA-EINV-2025-00482.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated services shall be resolved through arbitration in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Tanzania (Cap. 20).
6. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the amounts stated herein may be subject to revision based on prevailing exchange rates and cost-of-living adjustments in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
