Invoice Notes & Terms
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the service agreement dated 01 March 2025 between Meridian Film Productions A.Ş. and the Ankara Metropolitan Film Commission. The Film Director, Mr. Caner Demir, has rendered all professional services as outlined in the project scope document (Ref: ANK-DOC-2025-011-SCOPE). All services were performed within the administrative boundaries of Ankara, Turkey, in compliance with the Turkish Film Law (Law No. 5224) and regulations set forth by the Turkish Film Institute (TFF).
This Invoice must be settled within 15 calendar days of the due date. Late payments shall accrue interest at the statutory rate determined by the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Treasury and Finance. The Film Director retains all intellectual property rights to the creative direction methodology and directorial notes unless otherwise stipulated in the master service agreement.
This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Please reference Invoice No. INV-ANK-2025-00472 in all correspondence and payment remittances.
