Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code (Türk Ticaret Kanunu) and the applicable regulations of the Turkish Revenue Administration (Gelir İdaresi Başkanlığı). All amounts are stated in Turkish Lira (TRY) and are subject to the standard 20% Value Added Tax (KDV) as mandated for professional creative services rendered in Turkey Istanbul.
2. Payment for this Invoice shall be made via bank transfer to the following account: Ziraat Bankası A.Ş., IBAN: TR12 0001 0000 1234 5678 9012 34, Account Holder: Emre Kaya. The payment reference must include the Invoice number TR-IST-2025-FD-0487.
3. The Film Director confirms that all services described in this Invoice were personally rendered or directly supervised by the undersigned in Turkey Istanbul. No portion of the creative direction work has been subcontracted to third parties without prior written consent from Meridian Pictures A.Ş.
4. Late payment on this Invoice shall incur a statutory interest charge of 1.5% per month (or the rate determined by the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey, whichever is higher) in accordance with Article 30 of the Turkish Law on the Protection of the Right to Receive Payment for Commercial Transactions.
5. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of all Film Director services rendered for the production of "Bosphorus Nights". No additional charges beyond those itemized herein shall be invoiced for the completed production cycle. Any future work, including but not limited to international festival attendance, additional re-editing, or sequel direction, shall be subject to a separate Invoice and a new service agreement.
6. The Film Director retains full creative credit and moral rights as the directing auteur of the film in accordance with Turkish Intellectual Property Law (5846 sayılı Fikir ve Sanat Eserleri Kanunu). This Invoice does not transfer any intellectual property rights beyond the scope of the production license granted to Meridian Pictures A.Ş.
