Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is payable within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date of 14 June 2025. Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the account of Golden Acacia Films Ltd. at Stanbic Bank Uganda, Branch: Kampala Road, Account Number: 0102-3456-7890, SWIFT Code: STANUGKA. The Uganda National Film Commission is requested to process this Invoice through their accounts department at the Kampala Road headquarters.
A late payment penalty of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date of 28 June 2025, in accordance with the Uganda Contracts Act, 2010. All amounts stated in this Invoice are in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) unless otherwise indicated. This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue.
Notes & Additional Information
This Invoice covers the complete engagement of Dr. Grace Nakato as the Lead Film Director for the "Voices of the Nile" documentary project, commissioned by the Uganda National Film Commission. All services were rendered in and around Kampala, Uganda, between 1 March 2025 and 10 June 2025.
The Film Director's creative contributions, including all original scripts, storyboards, visual treatments, and editorial direction, remain the intellectual property of Golden Acacia Films Ltd. until full payment of this Invoice is received. Upon clearance of payment, a non-exclusive licence for broadcast and distribution within Uganda and the East African Community will be granted to the Uganda National Film Commission.
