This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Federal Tax Authority regulations of the United Arab Emirates. The 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) has been applied as mandated by UAE tax law. All amounts are denominated in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). Payment is due within 15 calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated in the master services agreement.
Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for Film Director services rendered by Emirates Vision Productions LLC to Al Noor Entertainment Group FZ under Contract Reference EVC-2025-0312, executed in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
- All creative deliverables, including but not limited to final cut approvals, storyboard documents, and director's notes, remain the intellectual property of the Film Director until full payment of this Invoice is received in cleared funds.
- The Film Director reserves the right to withhold final delivery of the master footage and all associated production materials until the total amount of AED 486,263.00 is settled in full.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Film Director reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated rates reflecting market conditions in the Abu Dhabi production sector.
- All services described herein were performed in compliance with the UAE Media Regulatory Authority guidelines and the Abu Dhabi Tourism & Culture Authority filming permit No. ADTCA-2025-04471.
