Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
This Invoice is issued by Apex Visual Productions LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates Dubai, in accordance with the Federal Tax Authority regulations governing the 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable to all commercial transactions within the United Arab Emirates Dubai jurisdiction.
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Issue Date stated on this Invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month as permitted under UAE commercial law.
- All Film Director services rendered under this Invoice are subject to the Master Services Agreement (MSA) dated 01 March 2025 between Apex Visual Productions LLC and Stellar Media Group FZE, executed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The Film Director retains full creative authority over all artistic decisions during the production period. Any deviation from the approved treatment requires written consent from both parties.
- Intellectual property rights for all footage, edits, and final deliverables produced under this engagement shall transfer to Stellar Media Group FZE upon full and final settlement of this Invoice.
- All disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the Issue Date. After this period, the Film Director reserves the right to re-evaluate rates and terms.
- Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account details listed below. Please reference Invoice No. AVP-2025-00472 in all correspondence and remittances.
