Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days of the Invoice date via BACS bank transfer to the account details specified above. The total amount due is £76,560.00 (Seventy-Six Thousand Five Hundred and Sixty Pounds Sterling).
Payment should be made in the name of "Whitmore Visual Productions Ltd" with the Invoice number WVP-2025-0047 referenced in the payment description. Please ensure that all payments are made from a UK-registered bank account to avoid processing delays.
Should payment not be received by the due date of 15 July 2025, a late payment interest charge of 4% above the Bank of England base rate will be applied in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. This charge will be calculated on a daily basis from the due date until the date of full settlement.
Any disputes regarding this Invoice must be raised in writing within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Failure to raise a dispute within this period shall be taken as acceptance of the Invoice in full. All services described herein were performed by the undersigned Film Director in United Kingdom Manchester and are subject to the terms of the Master Services Agreement dated 01 March 2025.
Additional Notes
This Invoice covers all Film Director services rendered between 01 April 2025 and 12 June 2025 for the production of "Rivers of the North." All creative deliverables, including final cut files, raw footage, and production documentation, have been transferred to Northwest Media Group plc as per the delivery schedule outlined in the production contract.
The Film Director retains all intellectual property rights to the creative methodology, directorial approach, and proprietary techniques employed during production. The client is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the finished film for all commercial and non-commercial purposes worldwide.
All work was conducted in compliance with UK Health and Safety regulations, the Film Industry Code of Practice, and the specific filming permit conditions issued by Manchester City Council. No additional charges are applicable beyond those itemised in this Invoice.
