Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date of June 12, 2025. Payment is due to Whitfield Visual Productions LLC, a registered entity in the State of Illinois, United States Chicago. Please make checks payable to "Whitfield Visual Productions LLC" and mail to 1420 N. Michigan Avenue, Suite 850, Chicago, IL 60610. Alternatively, wire transfer or ACH payment may be arranged by contacting the Film Director's office at (312) 555-0194. A late payment fee of 1.5% per month will be assessed on any balance remaining after the due date of July 12, 2025, in accordance with Illinois commercial code provisions applicable to the United States Chicago jurisdiction.
Additional Notes
This Invoice reflects all professional services rendered by the undersigned Film Director in connection with the production of "Windy City Dreams" during the period of March 3, 2025, through June 10, 2025. All services were performed in and around the United States Chicago metropolitan area. The Film Director warrants that all creative direction, editorial oversight, and promotional activities described herein were performed to the highest professional standard consistent with industry norms in the United States Chicago film production community. This Invoice does not include any residual or backend participation fees, which are governed separately under the Production Services Agreement dated February 15, 2025. Should the client require any additional direction, reshoots, or post-production revisions beyond the scope outlined above, a supplemental Invoice will be issued with a minimum 48-hour notice period. The Film Director reserves all intellectual property rights to the directorial vision, shot compositions, and creative methodologies developed during this engagement, as stipulated in Section 14 of the master agreement. This document serves as the final and complete Invoice for the production period referenced and supersedes all prior estimates or provisional billing statements issued by the Film Director's office.
