Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice is issued by Meridian Visual Productions LLC, a registered entity operating in the United States Los Angeles area, in accordance with California state tax regulations and the City of Los Angeles municipal business tax code. The Film Director services rendered under this Invoice are subject to the terms outlined in the Master Services Agreement dated March 3, 2025, between the parties.
- Payment Method: Wire transfer to Meridian Visual Productions LLC, Bank of America, Account #4471-8829-003, Routing #121000248, or via ACH electronic funds transfer.
- Due Date: Full payment of this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance, no later than July 12, 2025.
- Late Payment: A late fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance past the due date, in compliance with California Civil Code Section 1671.
- Disputes: Any disputes regarding this Invoice must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. Undisputed portions remain payable on the original due date.
- Tax Compliance: All applicable federal, state (California), and local (City of Los Angeles) taxes have been calculated and are included in this Invoice. A W-9 form has been provided to the client for their tax reporting purposes.

This Invoice covers the complete engagement of Film Director Jonathan R. Whitfield for the production of "Crimson Horizon," a feature-length film produced by Apex Entertainment Group, Inc. All direction, creative, and supervisory services were performed within the United States Los Angeles metropolitan area, including but not limited to the Hollywood, Burbank, Pasadena, and Malibu districts. The Film Director's creative vision, on-set leadership, and post-production oversight were delivered in full accordance with the approved production schedule and the terms of the executed Master Services Agreement.
Please reference Invoice Number MV-2025-0472 and PO Number AEG-2025-00341 when processing payment. A copy of this Invoice has been filed with our accounting records in Los Angeles, California.
