Payment Terms and Conditions
This Invoice is issued by Meridian Vision Productions, a registered Film Director services company operating in Miami, Florida, United States. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date of this Invoice, no later than July 12, 2025.
Accepted payment methods include wire transfer (ACH), certified check, or corporate check payable to "Meridian Vision Productions." All payments must be made in United States Dollars (USD). Please reference Invoice Number MV-2025-00472 on all remittances.
Late payments are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted under Florida Statutes Chapter 559, whichever is less. This Invoice is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
All services rendered by the Film Director under this Invoice are subject to the Master Services Agreement dated March 15, 2025, between Meridian Vision Productions and Atlantic Coast Media Group, LLC. Intellectual property rights to the final film remain with the client upon full payment of this Invoice.

Vasquez, confirms that all services listed in this Invoice were performed in full compliance with the production schedule and creative brief established for the "Coral Horizon" documentary project. All work was conducted within the jurisdiction of Miami, Florida, United States, in accordance with local filming permits issued by the City of Miami and Miami-Dade County.
