Payment Instructions & Invoice Terms
This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days of the Invoice date, no later than July 15, 2025. Payment shall be made via wire transfer to Whitfield Directorial Studios LLC, Bank of America, Account No. 4471-8829-003, Routing No. 026009593, located in United States New York City. Alternatively, checks may be made payable to "Whitfield Directorial Studios LLC" and mailed to the address listed above.
Important Notices:
- A late payment fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to any balance remaining after the due date, in accordance with New York State Commercial Law (NY General Obligations Law § 5-501).
- All services described in this Invoice were rendered by a licensed and insured Film Director operating within the jurisdiction of the United States New York City. The Film Director holds a valid New York City business license (License No. NYC-BL-2024-77812) and carries professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $2,000,000.
- The Film Director retains all creative rights to the directorial vision as outlined in the Master Services Agreement. This Invoice does not transfer any intellectual property rights beyond those explicitly granted in the contract.
- All location filming permits referenced in this Invoice were obtained through the New York City Film Office (NYC Film Office, 111 Broadway, United States New York City, NY 10013). Permit fees are itemized separately and are non-refundable.
