Terms & Conditions1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Service Agreement dated 01 May 2025 between Silk Road Cinema Productions and Uzbek National Film Studio for the provision of Film Director services in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
2. All services described in this Invoice were performed by the designated Film Director, Ms. Dilnoza Rahimova, and her authorized production team within the city of Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan, during the period of 01 May 2025 to 10 June 2025.
3. The Film Director retains full creative authority over all artistic decisions as outlined in Section 7 of the Service Agreement. No additional direction fees shall be incurred for creative adjustments within the approved production scope.
4. This Invoice is subject to the tax laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. VAT at 12% has been applied as per the Tax Code of Uzbekistan. Withholding tax at 5% has been deducted as required for services rendered within Uzbekistan Tashkent.
5. The client acknowledges that all intellectual property rights related to the directed footage, creative direction documents, and production materials remain the property of the Film Director and Silk Road Cinema Productions unless otherwise stated in the Service Agreement.
6. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, in accordance with the rules of the Tashkent International Arbitration Centre.
7. This Invoice constitutes a valid tax document in the Republic of Uzbekistan and may be used for the client's accounting and tax reporting purposes.
