Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Service Agreement dated 20 May 2025 between SaiGon Cinematic Productions Co., Ltd. and Phuoc An Entertainment Group JSC, both registered in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. The total amount of 1,012,575,000 VND (One Billion Twelve Million Five Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Vietnamese Dong) is due within 15 calendar days from the date of this Invoice.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to Vietcombank – Ho Chi Minh City Branch, Account No. 0091018765432, Account Name: SaiGon Cinematic Productions Co., Ltd. Please reference Invoice number INV-2025-HCM-0472 in all payment communications.
Overdue payments shall incur a penalty of 0.05% per day as stipulated under the Vietnamese Commercial Law. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the issue date. Any disputes regarding the services rendered by the Film Director shall be resolved through negotiation in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City before escalation to the competent court.
Additional Notes
This Invoice covers all professional services rendered by Film Director Nguyen Thi Lan for the production of "Rivers of Memory" during the period of 01 June 2025 to 29 June 2025. All shooting and post-production activities were conducted within the jurisdiction of Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City, in compliance with the regulations of the Vietnam Film Association and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
The Film Director's creative decisions, including but not limited to camera angles, scene composition, actor blocking, and final editorial choices, were made in consultation with the production team. All deliverables referenced in this Invoice have been accepted in writing by the production manager of Phuoc An Entertainment Group JSC on 28 June 2025.
Should the client require additional direction sessions, reshoots, or extended post-production supervision beyond the scope outlined in this Invoice, a supplementary Invoice will be issued separately with updated pricing. The Film Director retains all intellectual property rights over the creative direction methodology and visual style developed during this engagement, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract.
This document serves as the official Invoice for tax reporting purposes under Vietnamese law. A stamped copy of this Invoice, along with the corresponding payment receipt, must be retained by both parties for a minimum of 10 years in accordance with the Vietnamese Accounting Law.
