Invoice Notes and Terms
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the service agreement dated 01 May 2025 between Harare Vision Studios (Pvt) Ltd and the Zimbabwe National Film Commission. All Film Director services rendered in Zimbabwe Harare have been completed to the satisfaction of the commissioning body as confirmed in writing on 10 June 2025.
The Film Director, Mr. Kudzai Ncube, holds a valid Zimbabwean Film Practitioner's Licence (No. ZFPL-2020-0187) issued by the Zimbabwe National Film Commission. All production activities were conducted in full compliance with the Zimbabwe Film Industry Act [Chapter 10:12] and local municipal by-laws applicable to Zimbabwe Harare.
Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 2% per month as stipulated in the Zimbabwe Debt Collection Act. This Invoice must be settled in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the account details provided above.
Should any dispute arise regarding the scope of Film Director services or the amounts stated on this Invoice, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation under the Zimbabwe Arbitration Act before pursuing any legal remedy in the High Court of Zimbabwe, Harare.
