Payment Terms: This Invoice is payable within 15 calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month in accordance with Egyptian commercial law.
Reference: Please quote Invoice No. NCA-2025-04871 on all correspondence and remittance advices. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the issue date.
Important: All Financial Analyst deliverables referenced in this Invoice have been completed and accepted by the client's finance department as of 10 June 2025. No further adjustments to scope or billing are anticipated for this engagement period.
Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for professional Financial Analyst services rendered by Nile Capital Advisory Group to Al-Ahram Industrial Holdings S.A.E. in Egypt Cairo during the period specified above.
2. All services were performed in compliance with the Egyptian Companies Law No. 159 of 1981 (as amended) and the applicable regulations of the Egyptian Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA).
3. The Financial Analyst engagement was governed by the Master Service Agreement (MSA) dated 10 April 2025, a copy of which is available upon request. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Cairo, Egypt, in accordance with the rules of the Egyptian Arbitration Center.
4. All intellectual property rights in the reports, models, and analyses produced by the Financial Analyst shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice.
5. This Invoice is subject to the 14% Value Added Tax (VAT) as mandated by the Egyptian Tax Authority under Law No. 67 of 2016. A VAT receipt will be issued upon confirmation of payment.
6. Nile Capital Advisory Group reserves the right to suspend ongoing services if payment is not received within the stipulated 15-day period. This Invoice does not constitute a waiver of any rights or remedies available to the service provider under Egyptian law.
