Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, i.e., no later than 15 July 2025. Payment is to be made via SEPA bank transfer to the account details listed above. Please reference Invoice No. MFA-2025-04871 in the transfer remarks to ensure proper allocation.
In the event of late payment, interest at the statutory rate of 8 percentage points above the European Central Bank's base rate (as governed by § 288 of the German Civil Code, BGB) shall apply. All amounts are denominated in Euros (EUR) and are subject to the standard 19% German Value Added Tax (Umsatzsteuer) as applicable to services rendered in Germany Frankfurt.

Additional Notes & Terms of Engagement
This Invoice covers all Financial Analyst services rendered by Meridian Financial Advisory GmbH to Deutsche Handelsbank AG during the period of 01 April 2025 through 30 June 2025. All work was performed by qualified Financial Analyst professionals based at our Germany Frankfurt office, in strict compliance with the contractual terms set forth in Engagement Agreement DHB-MFA-2025-003.
All deliverables, including but not limited to the Q2 Financial Report, the multi-scenario forecasting model, the regulatory compliance memorandum, and the peer benchmarking report, are the exclusive intellectual property of Deutsche Handelsbank AG upon full settlement of this Invoice. Meridian Financial Advisory GmbH retains no right to reproduce, distribute, or reference the contents of these deliverables without prior written consent.
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the German Commercial Code (Handelsgesetzbuch, HGB) and the applicable provisions of the German Tax Code (Abgabenordnung, AO). A duplicate copy of this Invoice may be requested from our office in Germany Frankfurt at no additional charge. This document constitutes a valid tax invoice (Rechnung) for the purposes of German and EU VAT regulations.
