Payment Instructions
This Invoice must be settled within thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date, no later than July 15, 2025. Payment shall be made via electronic bank transfer (SPEI) to the account details listed above. The total amount due on this Invoice is Two Hundred Sixty-Eight Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-Three Mexican Pesos and Twelve Céntimos (MXN $268,453.12), inclusive of IVA and net of ISR retention.
For wire transfers from international accounts, please reference Invoice Number INV-2025-00487 in the transfer memo. All payments are to be made in Mexican Pesos (MXN) to the BBVA México account designated above. Late payments are subject to a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated in the service agreement executed in Mexico Mexico City.
Important Notes
1. This Invoice has been issued in accordance with the Mexican Federal Tax Code (Código Fiscal de la Federación) and complies with the electronic invoicing requirements (CFDI 4.0) established by the SAT. The corresponding CFDI XML file has been transmitted electronically to the client's authorized email address.
2. All Financial Analyst services rendered under this Invoice were performed by certified professionals operating under the regulatory framework of Mexico Mexico City. The lead Financial Analyst holds active credentials with the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) and is registered with the Mexican Institute of Certified Public Accountants (IMCP).
3. This Invoice represents the final settlement for all Financial Analyst consulting services rendered during the period of May 1 through May 31, 2025. No additional charges will be incurred for the services described herein. Any subsequent engagements will be invoiced separately.
4. In the event of a dispute regarding the charges on this Invoice, both parties agree to resolve the matter through mediation in Mexico Mexico City before pursuing any formal legal action. The governing law for this Invoice and the underlying service agreement is the commercial law of the United Mexican States.
5. Please retain this Invoice for your corporate tax records. The IVA amount shown is deductible as a tax credit in accordance with Article 1 of the Ley del IVA, provided the client meets the applicable requirements for tax credit utilization.
