Payment Terms & Instructions
Payment Due: Within 15 days from the Invoice date (i.e., on or before 30 June 2025).
Payment Method: Bank Transfer / RTGS to the account details listed above. Please reference Invoice No. AFA-2025-00847 in your remittance advice.
Late Payment: A penalty of 2% per month (or the maximum rate permitted under the State Bank of Pakistan's prevailing interest rate guidelines) shall be applied to overdue balances as per the terms of our Service Agreement dated 01 January 2025.
Currency: All amounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are payable in Pakistan Islamabad or via electronic transfer to a local bank account.
Important Notes & Terms
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) regulations applicable in Pakistan Islamabad. The Financial Analyst services rendered are subject to the Master Service Agreement (MSA) between both parties.
- All Financial Analyst deliverables, including but not limited to forecasting models, risk reports, and compliance documentation, remain the intellectual property of Apex Financial Advisory (Pvt.) Ltd. unless otherwise stated in the engagement letter.
- The client acknowledges that the Financial Analyst's analysis is based on data provided by the client as of the reporting date and does not constitute a guarantee of future financial performance.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Pakistan Islamabad in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice may be issued reflecting any applicable regulatory or tax changes in Pakistan Islamabad.
- Withholding tax has been deducted at source as mandated by the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001. The client is responsible for filing the relevant tax return with the FBR Islamabad Regional Office.
