The Financial Analyst warrants that all services have been performed with the degree of skill, care, and diligence expected of a reasonably competent professional in the Johannesburg, South Africa financial services industry. Confidentiality obligations as set forth in the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) dated 01 March 2025 remain in full force and effect.
Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa, Johannesburg Division, in accordance with the governing law of the Republic of South Africa.
