Payment Terms and Conditions
This Invoice is payable within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025. Payment shall be made in Sudanese Pounds (SDG) via bank transfer to Nile Financial Advisory Group, Bank of Khartoum, Account No: 0045-8821-3367-001, SWIFT: BKRTSDKH. Late payments shall accrue interest at 2% per month as stipulated under Sudanese commercial law. This Invoice constitutes a binding financial obligation and must be settled in full by the due date of 30 June 2025. All services rendered by the Financial Analyst are subject to the Master Service Agreement dated 01 January 2025, Reference No: MSA-NFA-2025-001.
Additional Notes and Remarks
1. All Financial Analyst deliverables referenced in this Invoice have been reviewed and approved by the client's CFO, Mr. Ibrahim El-Tahir, on 12 June 2025, as documented in the signed acceptance certificates attached to this Invoice.
2. The Financial Analyst services were performed in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and the Sudanese Accounting Standards Board (SASB) guidelines applicable in Sudan Khartoum.
3. This Invoice covers professional services only. Travel expenses, accommodation, and per diem charges incurred during on-site visits to the client's facilities in Khartoum are itemized separately under Invoice No: NFA-2025-00348.
4. Please retain this Invoice for your corporate tax filing with the National Revenue Authority (NRA) of Sudan. The VAT component is deductible as per Sudanese tax regulations for registered entities.
5. For any disputes regarding this Invoice, both parties agree to resolve matters through arbitration in Khartoum, Sudan, in accordance with the Sudanese Arbitration Act of 2010.
