Invoice Notes & Service Details
This Invoice is issued by Kabul Fire & Rescue Services Ltd. in accordance with the service agreement (Contract Ref: KMEA-FRS-2025-019) between the Kabul Municipal Emergency Authority and our Firefighter operations division. All Firefighter personnel deployed under this Invoice hold valid certifications from the Afghanistan National Fire Academy and meet the operational standards required for emergency response in Afghanistan Kabul.
- All Firefighter services rendered are subject to the terms outlined in the master service agreement effective 1 January 2025.
- Payment is due within 15 calendar days of the Invoice issue date. Late payments will incur a 2% monthly interest charge.
- Firefighter equipment provided under this Invoice remains the property of Kabul Fire & Rescue Services Ltd. until full payment is received.
- Any additional Firefighter deployment beyond the scope of this Invoice will be billed separately with a supplementary Invoice.
- All operations conducted in Afghanistan Kabul comply with local municipal regulations and the Afghanistan Fire Safety Act of 2022.
Terms and Conditions
This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for Firefighter services rendered in Afghanistan Kabul. By accepting this Invoice, the billing party acknowledges receipt of all services listed herein and agrees to the payment terms specified. Kabul Fire & Rescue Services Ltd. reserves the right to suspend Firefighter deployment services in Afghanistan Kabul should payment remain outstanding beyond the due date of 30 June 2025. All disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Kabul Municipal Arbitration Board. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
