Important Notes & Terms
This invoice is issued by Brisbane Firefighter Training & Safety Pty Ltd, a registered company in the State of Queensland, Australia. All firefighter training services described herein have been delivered in accordance with the Australian National Training Package (TAA) and Queensland Fire and Emergency Services (QFES) accreditation standards. The client acknowledges that all participating personnel have completed the required pre-assessment health and fitness evaluations prior to commencing firefighter practical training modules.
All firefighter equipment supplied under line item 3 is registered with the relevant Queensland authorities and complies with Australian Standards AS/NZS 1851 (Maintenance of fire protection systems and equipment) and AS 1852. The equipment warranty is valid only when maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and the QFES annual inspection schedule.
This invoice is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the Master Service Agreement (MSA-2025-BNE-0041) executed between both parties on 15 January 2025. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments will incur interest at the rate prescribed under the Australian Consumer Law and the Queensland Fair Trading Act 2010.
