1. Scope of Firefighter Services
All Firefighter services, training programmes, and equipment listed on this Invoice are subject to the Master Service Agreement (MSA) dated 01 January 2025 between Dhaka Firefighter Services & Safety Solutions Ltd. and Meghna Industrial Zone Authority. Any additional Firefighter deployment beyond the contracted scope shall be billed separately at the prevailing Bangladesh Dhaka industrial rate card.
2. Payment and Late Fees
Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date. A late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month shall apply to any outstanding balance after the due date. This Invoice is non-negotiable and non-transferable. All amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to applicable Bangladesh tax regulations.
3. Firefighter Equipment Warranty
All Firefighter protective gear, SCBA units, and related equipment supplied under this Invoice carry a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to the Bangladesh Dhaka service centre within 30 days of defect identification. Consumable parts (filters, seals, hoses) are excluded from warranty coverage.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation of any Firefighter training session or emergency drill must be communicated at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations within 72 hours will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled session fee. The 24/7 Firefighter retainer service may be terminated with 30 days written notice; pro-rated charges will apply for the partial month.
5. Compliance and Regulatory Adherence
All Firefighter personnel deployed under this Invoice hold valid certifications issued by the Bangladesh Fire Service and Civil Defence (FSCD) and meet the competency standards set by the Bangladesh Dhaka Fire Service Department. Equipment complies with NFPA, ISO, and local Bangladesh Bureau of Accreditation (BoA) standards.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within 30 days, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the Bangladesh Arbitration Act, 2001, with the seat of arbitration in Bangladesh Dhaka. The prevailing language for all legal proceedings shall be English.
7. Validity of This Invoice
This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After expiry, prices may be revised to reflect current market rates for Firefighter equipment and services in Bangladesh Dhaka. A revised Invoice will be issued upon request.
