- Late Payment: In the event of late payment, statutory interest at the rate set by the Belgian National Bank (NBB) shall apply, in addition to a fixed recovery cost of 40 EUR as per Article 5:110 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law.
- Disputes: Any dispute arising from this invoice or the associated Firefighter services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Brussels, Belgium.
