Invoice Notes – Firefighter Services Summary
This Invoice documents the professional Firefighter training, certification, and equipment services rendered by Vancouver Firefighter Services Inc. to the City of Vancouver Fire & Rescue Division during the month of May 2025. All Firefighter personnel who participated in the programs listed above have been issued individual completion certificates in accordance with the British Columbia Firefighter Standards and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) guidelines applicable in Canada Vancouver. The wildland fire suppression drill was conducted in compliance with the BC Wildfire Service protocols. All Firefighter PPE inspected and replaced meets NFPA 1971 and NFPA 1981 standards. This Invoice is valid for payment within thirty (30) days of the Invoice date. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge as stipulated in the service agreement. Please reference Invoice number VF-2025-04872 and PO number CV-FR-2025-0341 when remitting payment.
Terms and Conditions
1. Payment is due within thirty (30) days from the Invoice date via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the account specified on the reverse of this Invoice. 2. All Firefighter services described in this Invoice were performed in accordance with the Master Service Agreement (MSA) dated January 10, 2025, between Vancouver Firefighter Services Inc. and the City of Vancouver. 3. Any disputes regarding the scope of Firefighter services or the amounts billed on this Invoice must be submitted in writing within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. 4. This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Vancouver. 5. All Firefighter training materials, certification documents, and safety reports generated during the service period remain the property of the City of Vancouver. 6. Vancouver Firefighter Services Inc. maintains full professional liability insurance coverage of $5,000,000 CAD for all Firefighter operations conducted within Canada Vancouver. 7. This Invoice does not constitute a warranty of future Firefighter service availability beyond the contracted service period.
