Invoice Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue via bank transfer to the account specified below. Late payments on this Invoice shall incur a penalty of 0.05% per day as per Chinese commercial law.
2. All Firefighter equipment listed in this Invoice carries a minimum two-year manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims must be submitted to Beijing Firefighter Safety Solutions Co., Ltd. in China Beijing within the warranty period.
3. The Firefighter training programs referenced in this Invoice are conducted by certified instructors holding valid credentials from the Ministry of Emergency Management of the People's Republic of China. Completion certificates will be issued to each participating Firefighter upon successful assessment.
4. This Invoice is valid only for the China Beijing jurisdiction. Any relocation of equipment or services to other provinces requires a supplementary agreement and additional Invoice.
5. Payment should be made to: Bank of China, Chaoyang Branch, Account Name: Beijing Firefighter Safety Solutions Co., Ltd., Account No: 1100 1099 8877 6655 4433. Please reference Invoice No. BJ-FF-2025-00472 in all payment communications.
6. This Invoice constitutes a legally binding financial document under the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration at the Beijing Arbitration Commission in China Beijing.
