Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Colombian tax regulations (DIAN) and the commercial contract No. CT-2025-0089 between Protección Total Bogotá S.A.S. and Empresa Constructora Andina S.A.S. All Firefighter services described herein are to be rendered exclusively within the jurisdiction of Colombia Bogotá, D.C. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to Banco de Bogotá, Account No. 016-458-792-33, in Colombian Pesos (COP). Late payments are subject to a monthly interest rate of 1.5% as stipulated in the contract. This Invoice is valid for 30 calendar days from the issue date. For any discrepancies or questions regarding this Invoice, please contact our billing department at [email protected] within 5 business days.
Terms and Conditions – Firefighter Services in Colombia Bogotá
1. All Firefighter personnel assigned to this contract hold valid certifications from the Cuerpo de Bomberos de Bogotá and the Colombian Ministry of Labor. Each Firefighter is covered by mandatory social security (EPS, ARL, and pension) as required by Colombian law.
2. The Firefighter Emergency Response Plan and all safety documentation delivered under this Invoice shall remain the property of the client. However, Protección Total Bogotá S.A.S. retains the right to reference the project in its portfolio of Firefighter services in Colombia Bogotá.
3. Any additional Firefighter services requested beyond the scope of this Invoice will be subject to a separate quotation and written approval prior to execution. The client acknowledges that all work is performed in compliance with the Colombian National Fire Code and local regulations applicable to the Colombia Bogotá metropolitan area.
4. In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or government-mandated closures affecting operations in Colombia Bogotá, either party may suspend obligations without penalty, provided written notice is given within 48 hours.
5. This Invoice constitutes a legally binding document under Colombian commercial law (Código de Comercio). Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the competent courts of Bogotá D.C., Colombia, or by arbitration if both parties agree in writing.
