Invoice Notes and Firefighter Service Details
- This Invoice covers all Firefighter services rendered during the month of May 2025 at the client's premises located in Japan Tokyo. All Firefighter personnel were certified under the Japan Fire Service Act and operated in full compliance with Tokyo Metropolitan Fire Department regulations.
- The Firefighter Emergency Response Team (Item 1) maintained a 99.7% availability rate throughout the service period. All Firefighter response times to internal alarms were under 90 seconds, exceeding the Japan Tokyo standard of 120 seconds.
- Payment for this Invoice is due within 30 days of the Invoice date. Please reference Invoice No. TMS-2025-04782 on all correspondence and remittances.
- All Firefighter services were conducted in accordance with the Fire Prevention Act of Japan and the Tokyo Metropolitan Fire Safety Ordinance. The Firefighter team leader for this period was Captain Hiroshi Yamamoto, License No. FF-TKY-2019-0342.
- Should any disputes arise regarding this Invoice or the Firefighter services described herein, please contact our Japan Tokyo billing office within 14 business days of the Invoice date.
Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice is issued by Tokyo Metropolitan Firefighter Services Co., Ltd., a registered entity in Japan Tokyo, and constitutes a formal request for payment for Firefighter services rendered. 2. Late payments on this Invoice will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Japanese commercial law. 3. All Firefighter services are non-refundable once commenced. 4. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. 5. The Firefighter services described herein are subject to the Master Service Agreement dated January 1, 2025, between the parties. 6. All data and reports generated by the Firefighter team during service delivery in Japan Tokyo remain the property of the client unless otherwise specified. 7. This Invoice does not constitute a warranty or guarantee of future Firefighter service availability. 8. Governing law: Laws of Japan, with jurisdiction in the Tokyo District Court, Japan Tokyo.
