Important Notes & Terms
- This Invoice covers Firefighter services rendered in Kenya Nairobi for the period of May 2025. All services were performed in compliance with the Kenya Fire and Rescue Service Act (Cap 100) and the Occupational Safety and Health Act, 2007.
- All Firefighter personnel deployed at the client's Kenya Nairobi premises hold valid certifications issued by the Kenya Fire and Rescue Service and are covered under the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) and the National Hospital Insurance Fund (NHIF).
- The Firefighter equipment supplied under this Invoice carries a manufacturer's warranty of 24 months from the date of installation. Annual recertification of all fire extinguishers and suppression systems is mandatory under Kenyan law and is not included in this Invoice.
- Any additional Firefighter services requested outside the scope of this Invoice will be subject to a separate quotation and written approval from both parties.
- This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, the rates may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Kenya Nairobi.
- Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Kenya Nairobi in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1995 of Kenya.
