Invoice Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice is issued by Yangon Firefighter Safety & Equipment Co., Ltd. for the supply of Firefighter equipment, professional Firefighter training programs, and related operational services delivered within Myanmar Yangon. All items and services listed herein are subject to the terms outlined in Contract No: YCD-FRD-2025-0312.
2. Payment of this Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified below. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Myanmar commercial regulations.
3. All Firefighter equipment supplied under this Invoice carries a minimum two-year manufacturer warranty. The Firefighter PPE and SCBA units are certified to NFPA 1971 and NFPA 1981 standards respectively. Any defects in materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost to the client.
4. Firefighter training sessions conducted under this Invoice are delivered by certified instructors holding valid credentials from the Myanmar Fire Service Academy and international Firefighter certification bodies. Completion certificates will be issued to all participating Firefighter personnel upon successful assessment.
5. Delivery of all Firefighter equipment to designated Myanmar Yangon fire stations shall be completed within ten (10) business days of Invoice acceptance. Installation, calibration, and on-site orientation for all Firefighter units will be conducted by our technical team at no additional charge.
6. This Invoice is valid for sixty (60) days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to currency fluctuation or supplier cost changes. Please confirm acceptance of this Invoice in writing to avoid any disputes.
