This Invoice (FV-2025-00487) is issued by Protección Contra Incendios del Levante S.L., a company duly registered in the Commercial Registry of Valencia, Spain, and is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. All Firefighter services described herein have been performed in strict accordance with the applicable Spanish national legislation, including Royal Decree 513/2017 on fire extinguishers, Royal Decree 511/2017 on fire detection and alarm systems, and the Valencia Regional Fire Safety Ordinance (Ordenanza de Protección Contra Incendios de la Comunidad Valenciana).
All Firefighter personnel assigned to this contract hold valid professional certifications issued by the Valencian Regional Fire Brigade (Bomberos de la Generalitat Valenciana) and the Spanish Ministry of Interior. The company maintains full professional liability insurance (Seguro de Responsabilidad Civil) with a coverage limit of 2,000,000 EUR, policy number RC-2025-78451, held by Mapfre Seguros S.A.
The client acknowledges that all Firefighter services rendered at the premises located in Valencia, Spain, were conducted in full compliance with local municipal regulations, occupational health and safety standards (Ley 31/1995 de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales), and the specific fire safety requirements of the Valencian Community. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia, Spain.
This document constitutes a valid commercial Invoice for tax purposes under Spanish VAT regulations (Ley 37/1992 del IVA).
