Payment & Invoice Notes

This invoice is issued in accordance with the service agreement between BlazeGuard Firefighter Services Co., Ltd. and the Thailand Bangkok Metropolitan Fire Department. All firefighter training modules listed above were delivered and completed within the stipulated service period. Payment of the full grand total amount of Two Million Eight Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Three Hundred Sixty Baht (2,895,360.00 THB) is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the invoice date via bank transfer to the account specified below. Please reference Invoice No. BG-FIRE-2025-00472 on all remittances. A 1.5% monthly late-payment surcharge will apply to any balance outstanding beyond the due date of 15 July 2025, in compliance with Thai commercial law.

Terms and Conditions – Firefighter Services Invoice

1. This invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for all firefighter training, certification, and safety services rendered in Thailand Bangkok during the period specified. All services were performed by licensed and certified firefighter instructors holding valid credentials from the Thai Fire Services Department and the International Firefighter Association.

2. The Thailand Bangkok Metropolitan Fire Department acknowledges receipt of all deliverables, including completion certificates for 255 individual firefighters, PPE audit reports, and incident simulation debrief documents, prior to the issuance of this invoice.

3. Any disputes regarding the scope, quality, or billing of the firefighter services described in this invoice must be submitted in writing to the undersigned within fourteen (14) days of the invoice date. Failure to do so shall constitute acceptance of the charges as stated.

4. BlazeGuard Firefighter Services Co., Ltd. reserves the right to suspend any ongoing or future firefighter training programs in Thailand Bangkok should payment remain outstanding beyond sixty (60) days from the due date.

5. This invoice is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any legal proceedings arising from this invoice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

6. All firefighter personal data collected during training sessions is handled in strict compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) B.E. 2562 (2019) of Thailand.
