Payment Terms & Instructions
This invoice is payable within thirty (30) days of the invoice date, no later than July 15, 2025. Payment may be made via wire transfer, ACH, or certified check payable to Chicago Firefighter Services LLC. Please reference Invoice Number CFS-2025-00487 on all remittances. A late payment fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to any balance outstanding after the due date, in accordance with Illinois commercial law (810 ILCS 5/5-301).
