2. All geological and geotechnical services described in this Invoice were performed by a qualified and registered Geologist in compliance with the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (AIG) Code of Professional Conduct and the NSW Geotechnical Engineering practice standards.
3. The findings and recommendations contained in the associated reports are valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Any material change in site conditions, groundwater levels, or regulatory requirements within Australia Sydney may necessitate additional investigation and a supplementary Invoice.
4. This Invoice does not constitute a guarantee of construction outcomes. The Geologist's recommendations are advisory in nature and must be interpreted by a licensed structural or civil engineer before implementation.
5. All intellectual property, including geological models, borehole logs, and hydrogeological data generated under this engagement, remains the property of TerraScope Geosciences Pty Ltd until full payment of this Invoice is received.
