Terms and Conditions – Geologist Services Invoice
- This Invoice is issued by a licensed Professional Geologist registered with the Bangladesh Geological Survey and the Bangladesh Council of Professional Engineers (BCPE). All geological services described herein were performed in accordance with the standards of the Bangladesh Building and Housing Authority (BBHA) and relevant national codes.
- The Geologist warrants that all field data, laboratory results, and interpretations provided under this Invoice are accurate to the best of professional judgment based on the site conditions observed in Bangladesh Dhaka. The Geologist shall not be held liable for subsurface conditions that could not reasonably be detected by standard investigation methods.
- All geological reports, maps, and data delivered under this Invoice are the intellectual property of GeoSurvey Bangladesh Ltd. and the named Geologist. Reproduction or distribution without written consent is prohibited under the Bangladesh Copyright Act, 2000.
- Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date. A late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month shall apply to outstanding balances. This Invoice becomes void if not settled by the stated due date, and the Geologist reserves the right to suspend ongoing services.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the geological services rendered shall be resolved through arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh, in accordance with the Bangladesh Arbitration Act, 2001. The jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh shall apply.
- The Geologist confirms compliance with all environmental and safety regulations of the Bangladesh Environment Conservation Act, 1995, and the Bangladesh Occupational Safety and Health Act, 2013, during all fieldwork conducted in the Dhaka metropolitan area.
- This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After expiry, the Geologist reserves the right to revise rates based on current market conditions in Bangladesh Dhaka.
