3. The geological data, reports, and recommendations provided under this Invoice are the intellectual property of TerraBrux Geological Consulting and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be governed by the laws of Belgium and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Brussels, Belgium Brussels.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Geologist reserves the right to re-quote services based on current market rates and availability.
6. The client acknowledges that geological conditions in Belgium Brussels are subject to natural variability, and the findings presented are based on the data available at the time of the survey. The Geologist does not guarantee absolute certainty regarding subsurface conditions beyond the sampled locations.
