Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) days of the issue date. Payment may be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT) to TerreBasse Geological Consulting Inc., Bank of Montreal, Account No. 0045-8821-3377, Transit 00450, or by certified cheque mailed to the address listed above in Canada Montreal.
Please reference Invoice No. TB-2025-0472 on all remittances. A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied to any balance outstanding after the due date, in accordance with the terms of the professional services agreement dated February 28, 2025.

2. The findings and recommendations contained in the associated reports are based on the geological conditions observed during the fieldwork period in Canada Montreal and are subject to the limitations stated in each report's scope section.
3. This Invoice has been prepared in accordance with the accounting standards of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) and the tax regulations of the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and Revenu Québec.
4. The Geologist confirms that all professional services were performed in full compliance with the Code of Professional Conduct of the Ordre des géologues du Québec and the standards of the Geological Association of Canada.
