Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
1. This Invoice is issued by a licensed Geologist registered with the Association of Professional Geoscientists of British Columbia (APGBC) and is valid for all geological and geotechnical services performed within the Canada Vancouver region during the period of April 1, 2025, through June 10, 2025.
2. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the Invoice issue date. Please remit payment via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to Chen Geological Consulting Ltd., Bank of Montreal, Account No. 0045-8821-3376, Transit 00450, or by certified cheque made payable to "Chen Geological Consulting Ltd."
3. A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with the terms outlined in the Service Agreement dated March 15, 2025, and applicable Canadian commercial law.
4. All geological data, core samples, borehole logs, and reports referenced in this Invoice remain the intellectual property of the Geologist and Chen Geological Consulting Ltd. until full payment is received. Upon settlement, a complete data package including digital files (GIS shapefiles, PDF reports, and raw laboratory data) will be delivered to the client.
5. This Invoice complies with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) invoicing requirements and the British Columbia Sales Tax Act. The GST number for this Invoice is 123456789RT0001. All rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
