Invoice Terms & Payment Instructions
This Invoice is issued by Beijing GeoScience Consulting Ltd. in accordance with the contractual agreement (Ref: BMD-2025-0093) between the undersigned Geologist and the Beijing Municipal Urban Development Bureau. All geological services described herein were performed within the administrative boundaries of China Beijing during the period of 1 March 2025 through 10 June 2025.
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Invoice, no later than 17 July 2025.
- Remittance shall be made via bank transfer to: Bank of China, Haidian Branch, Account Name: Beijing GeoScience Consulting Ltd., Account No: 3011-8827-4456-001, SWIFT: BKCHCNBJ.
- The Geologist, Dr. Wei Zhang, certifies that all fieldwork and analytical procedures were conducted in full compliance with the Geological Survey Regulations of the People's Republic of China and the Beijing Municipal Environmental Protection Standards.
- All data, maps, and reports referenced in this Invoice remain the intellectual property of the contracting authority upon full settlement of the stated amount.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration under the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in China Beijing.
- This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 0.05% per calendar day as stipulated in the master service agreement.
