Important Notes and Terms
1. This Invoice has been issued in accordance with the Geological Survey Contract (Ref. GZ-GEOL-2025-019) signed on 03 March 2025 between Pearl River Geological Consulting Ltd. and the Guangzhou Municipal Urban Planning Bureau.
2. All geological data, core samples, and reports referenced in this Invoice remain the intellectual property of the contracting party upon full payment. The Geologist retains the right to publish anonymized findings in peer-reviewed journals.
3. The Geologist certifies that all fieldwork and laboratory analyses were conducted in strict compliance with the Geological Survey Regulations of the People's Republic of China and the Guangdong Provincial Geological Bureau standards.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), Guangzhou Sub-Commission.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice may be required to reflect updated tax rates or regulatory changes in China Guangzhou.
