The geological investigation was conducted in the Aburrá Valley region of Medellín, Antioquia, where the predominant geology consists of Andean volcanic deposits, sedimentary basins, and alluvial fan materials. All findings are specific to the project site and shall not be extrapolated to adjacent parcels without additional field verification.

3. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment under Colombian tax regulations (Estatuto Tributario). The IVA (VAT) of 19% is applied as mandated by the National Tax Authority (DIAN) of Colombia.
