Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is payable within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue, i.e., no later than 30 June 2025. Payment shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the account of Kinshasa Geological Survey & Consulting Ltd. at the National Bank of the Congo (BNC), Kinshasa branch. Account No.: 0012-3456-7890-1234. SWIFT: BNCOCOKK.
A late payment penalty of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date. This Invoice becomes null and void if not settled within sixty (60) days of the issue date. All services rendered by the Geologist and the consulting team are subject to the terms outlined in Contract No. KGS-CON-2025-012, executed in Kinshasa, DR Congo on 1 March 2025.
Notes & Additional Information
This Invoice covers all geological services performed by the Lead Geologist, Dr. Sarah Nkosi, and her team during the period of 1 April 2025 to 10 June 2025 in the DR Congo Kinshasa region. All fieldwork was conducted in full compliance with the mining code of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the professional standards of the Geological Society of Africa.
All raw data, core samples, and preliminary findings remain the property of the client (Ministry of Mines, DR Congo) upon full settlement of this Invoice. The final geological report will be delivered in both French and English, as required by DR Congo Kinshasa regulatory authorities. Three hard copies and one digital copy (PDF and editable GIS shapefiles) will be provided.
The Geologist and the consulting firm confirm that all equipment used, including the seismic array, magnetometer, and drilling rigs, was properly registered with the DR Congo customs and mining authorities prior to deployment in the Kinshasa field area.
