Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the terms outlined in Contract No. CMDA-GEOL-2025-019 between Nile Delta Geological Consultants and the Cairo Metropolitan Development Authority. Payment of the full Invoice amount of EGP 747,014.00 is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue, i.e., no later than 30 June 2025.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to: Banque Misr, Branch: Downtown Cairo, Account Name: Nile Delta Geological Consultants, Account No: 0045-8821-3376-9901, SWIFT: BMEGEGCA. Please reference Invoice No. NDC-2025-0472 on all remittances.
A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month shall apply to any outstanding balance beyond the due date, in compliance with Egyptian commercial law. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. All geological data, core samples, and reports referenced in this Invoice remain the intellectual property of Nile Delta Geological Consultants until full payment is received.
Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. All geological fieldwork described in this Invoice was conducted in strict compliance with the Egyptian Geological Survey and Mining Authority (EGSMA) regulations and the Egyptian Environmental Affairs Agency (EEAA) permits.
2. The Geologist assigned to this project, Dr. Mona El-Sayed, holds a valid professional license issued by the Egyptian Geological Survey and is registered with the Egyptian Engineers Syndicate (Geological Section, Cairo Branch).
3. All borehole locations, geophysical survey lines, and sampling points referenced in this Invoice are documented in the attached site plan (Appendix A) and are georeferenced to the Egyptian National Grid (ED50).
4. This Invoice covers services rendered exclusively within the Egypt Cairo metropolitan area and the New Administrative Capital zone. Any additional fieldwork outside this scope will be subject to a separate Invoice and prior written approval.
5. The geological findings and recommendations contained in the associated report are based on the data collected during the specified period and are valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of this Invoice, after which a supplementary investigation may be required.
