Payment Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice must be settled in full within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue, i.e., on or before 30 June 2025.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to: Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Branch: Bole, Account Name: GeoEthiopia Consulting PLC, Account No. 1000-4567-8901-2345.
- All amounts are denominated in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) and are subject to applicable taxes as determined by the Ethiopian Revenue and Customs Authority.
- Late payments shall attract a penalty interest of 1.5% per month as stipulated under the Ethiopian Commercial Code.
- This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice may be issued to reflect any applicable rate adjustments.
Notes & Additional Information
This Invoice covers all geological and geotechnical services rendered by the undersigned Geologist, Dr. Selamawit Bekele, in connection with the highway expansion project located in Ethiopia Addis Ababa. All fieldwork was conducted in strict adherence to the Ethiopian Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) regulations and the guidelines of the Ethiopian Geological Survey. The Geologist confirms that all data, interpretations, and recommendations contained in the associated technical report are accurate to the best of professional judgment based on the available subsurface information. Any subsequent changes in site conditions that were not observable during the investigation period shall be subject to a supplementary Invoice. The client acknowledges receipt of this Invoice and agrees to the terms stated herein by affixing their signature below.
