In the event of late payment, interest shall accrue at the rate prescribed by Article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code, applicable to all commercial transactions conducted within France Marseille and the broader French jurisdiction.

The findings and conclusions presented are based on the field observations, laboratory results, and geophysical data collected during the service period and are valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of the final report submission.

This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of all professional geological services rendered by the Geologist to the client for the project referenced herein. No additional fees, charges, or costs are owed beyond the total amount specified in this Invoice. The client acknowledges receipt of all deliverables, including the 186-page Geological and Geotechnical Report, all borehole logs, laboratory certificates, and geophysical data sets, all of which were delivered to the client's offices at 8 Rue de la Joliette, France Marseille, on 28 May 2025.

Should the client require any clarification, additional data extraction, or supplementary interpretation of the geological findings presented in the deliverables, the Geologist remains available for a limited period of sixty (60) days following the Invoice due date at no additional charge. Any services beyond this period or beyond the original scope of work shall be subject to a separate Invoice and prior written agreement.
