  • Core samples and borehole logs are archived at the Geologist's office in Berlin for a minimum retention period of 10 years, as required by the Berlin State Building Authority.
  • The geological site report (Baugrundgutachten) is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Any subsequent construction activity beyond this period requires a supplementary geological assessment.
  • This invoice constitutes a final settlement for all geological services rendered under Project Reference BER-GEOL-2025-019. No additional charges will be incurred unless a formal change order is issued in writing by both parties.
  • The Geologist confirms that all subsurface data, borehole coordinates, and geophysical survey results are provided exclusively to the named client and may not be reproduced or distributed to third parties without prior written consent.
