- All geological investigations were conducted in full compliance with the German Federal Mining Act (Bundesberggesetz – BBergG) and the Hesse State Mining Ordinance (Hessisches Berggesetz – HBG), as applicable in the Frankfurt am Main district.
- The geologist and field team held valid professional liability insurance (Berufshaftpflicht) with a coverage of 5,000,000 EUR throughout the duration of the project.
- Core samples and geological specimens remain the property of the client. A retention period of 12 months applies before disposal, in accordance with standard German geological practice.
- This invoice is issued in accordance with § 14 of the German VAT Act (Umsatzsteuergesetz – UStG) and the GoBD (Grundsätze zur ordnungsmäßigen Führung und Aufbewahrung von Büchern, Aufzeichnungen und Unterlagen in elektronischer Form).
- In the event of overdue payment, statutory interest of 8 percentage points above the base rate (Basiszinssatz) per annum shall apply as per § 288 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
