Important Notes & Terms
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the professional services agreement (Contract No. AMDA-2025-089) between TerraScan Geological Consultants Ltd. and the Accra Metropolitan Development Authority for geological and geotechnical investigation services in Ghana Accra.
- All geological data, borehole logs, maps, and reports referenced in this Invoice remain the intellectual property of TerraScan Geological Consultants Ltd. until full payment is received. Upon settlement, the client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the data for the specified Ghana Accra project.
- The Geologist and all field personnel were fully insured under the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) and the Workers' Compensation Fund throughout the duration of the project in Ghana Accra.
- All laboratory analyses were conducted at the Ghana Geological Survey and Mining Authority (GGSMA) accredited laboratory in Accra. Certificates of analysis are attached to the final report.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice reflecting any applicable tax rate changes under Ghana Revenue Authority regulations will be issued.
