Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to Tehran GeoConsult Ltd., Bank Melli Iran, Branch: Valiasr, Account No: 010-44821-7721-33, SWIFT: MELLIRIT.
A late payment penalty of 0.5% per calendar day shall apply to any outstanding balance beyond the due date, in accordance with Iranian commercial law. The Geologist reserves the right to suspend ongoing fieldwork if payment is not received within the stipulated period.
All geological data, reports, and spatial deliverables referenced in this Invoice remain the intellectual property of the Geologist and Tehran GeoConsult Ltd. until full payment is confirmed in writing by the client.
Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. All geological fieldwork described in this Invoice was conducted in full compliance with the Iranian Geological Survey and Mining Organization (IGSMO) regulations and the Iran Tehran municipal permitting authority requirements.
2. The Geologist, Dr. Farhad Mohammadi, holds a valid professional license issued by the Iranian Geological Society and is registered with the Iran Tehran Chamber of Engineers. All findings and recommendations are subject to peer review by a second licensed Geologist before final acceptance.
3. Any additional geological investigations, supplementary boreholes, or revised scope of work beyond what is itemized in this Invoice will be subject to a separate change-order Invoice and mutual written agreement.
4. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the client must request a revised Invoice reflecting current market rates for geological services in Iran Tehran.
5. All laboratory analyses were performed at the accredited Tehran GeoConsult facility, Iran Tehran, in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards. Certificates of analysis are attached as Appendices A through F to the final report.
