Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued by Tigris Geological Consulting Ltd., a registered Geologist services firm operating in Iraq Baghdad, in accordance with the contractual agreement dated 01 May 2025 (Contract No. MNRIQ-TGC-2025-003).
- Payment is due within 15 calendar days from the Invoice date via bank transfer to the account specified above.
- All services rendered by the Geologist are subject to the Iraqi Geological Survey Standards and the regulations of the Ministry of Natural Resources, Republic of Iraq.
- Any dispute arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Baghdad Commercial Court, Iraq.
- The Geologist retains full intellectual property rights over all geological data, models, and reports unless otherwise stated in the master contract.
- Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Iraqi commercial law.
Important Notes
This Invoice covers all geological fieldwork, laboratory analysis, and reporting services performed by the Lead Geologist and supporting team in Iraq Baghdad between 01 May 2025 and 10 June 2025. All field data has been cross-verified against the Iraqi Geological Survey database (IGS-2024 edition).
The Geologist confirms that all sampling and survey activities were conducted in full compliance with Iraqi environmental regulations, local municipal permits, and safety protocols established by the Baghdad Governorate. No additional charges will be applied for the scope described in this Invoice.
Should the client require supplementary geological investigations, a revised Invoice will be issued separately with updated pricing and timelines.
